WHAT TO EXPECT

A CCR analyst is a multifaceted role with high levels of cross functional working in order to ensure that our prototype builds are to the highest of quality. 

Responsible for managing the CCR commodities for your allocated build, you will be key in collation and communication of requirements both internally and externally to our supply base. 

A keen eye for detail is required during the validation of the Bill of Materials (BoM) for the commodities ensuring that the data is correct and robust allowing the supply base to manufacture the required commodities through to receiving financial approval and raising the relevant orders.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

• Manage CCR commodities for the build.
• Completion of reporting metrics and communication of status in relevant forums.
• Confirm orders with Tier 2 suppliers.
• Internal validation of CCR BOMS vs GPIRS.
• Communicating with Tier 1 suppliers.
• Rate and flow plan from the Tier 1 supplier to support build.
• Chair/support regular meetings to resolve any issues identified, providing a clear status in all relevant forums.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Power Point and Excel
• Experience of working to KPI’s
• Presentation skills (verbal and written)
