As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service to our guests. This includes engaging in conversation with guests, taking their orders, and using upselling techniques to enhance their experience. Your friendly and welcoming demeanor will make our guests feel right at home.

You will play an essential role in ensuring that the restaurant and bar are prepared for service and that high standards of presentation are met. As the face of our business, you will represent the hotel and uphold our brand reputation through exceptional customer service.

Ideal Candidate

You should have a strong passion for the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage service. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in conversation and provide exceptional customer service.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. They should have a professional and positive attitude towards their work, with the ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working culture.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and be able to maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness. They should be flexible with their working hours and able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Ultimately, the ideal candidate for this job should be motivated, reliable, and dedicated to providing an excellent guest experience.
