This is an exciting opportunity to work as a rotational physiotherapist within our therapies department at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Are you motivated and enthusiastic?Can you integrate quickly into a team setting and support driving service provision?Do you have good communication, time management, team working skills?Do you have experience of fast paced working environment with adults in an acute care setting?We are looking for the right candidate to become part of our supportive and dynamic team. The post will involve working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe kind and effective care for patients throughout their journey from hospital to home.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to work as arotational physiotherapistwithin our therapies team.
You will provide treatment interventions to patients with diverse clinical presentation. You will be able to manage your own caseload and use your organisational and clinical skills to allocate and react to service demands.
You will be able to use your clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills to aid in discharge planning and refer patients to the relevant community pathways.
As a rotational therapist, you will work in specialities including MSK, respiratory, orthopaedics, frailty, neuro and rapid response.
We provide a seven day service to our patients so weekend and Bank Holiday working may be required. You will also cover a respiratory on-call service.
