Due to maternity leave, we have a fantastic opportunity forsomeone to join our Learning & Development team – part of Drax’s PeopleDevelopment function. You could be part of a team with some exciting ideas whenit comes to the creation and delivery of digital learning content. You willfocus primarily on the development and deployment of our mandatory, complianceand regulatory digital learning programmes and support with functional digitaltraining.

To ensure you are designing what is required you’ll work with avariety of stakeholders across the Business and be a true SME utilising digitalresources and leveraging all technology options where possible. You’ll beencouraged to think innovatively and seek out continuous improvement to ensurewe are meeting the demands of the Business now, and in the future.

About you

You’ll have experience of designing, developing and evaluatinghigh quality, interactive digital learning and will have demonstrable knowledgeof the principles of good learning design. You will have experience of creatingcontent and resource for use on multiple devices and will have previous experienceusing e-learning authoring tools such as Elucidat or Articulate Rise and Storyline.

If you have experience with video editing and creation tools suchas Adobe, Vyond, Synthesia, HeyGen, Powtoon that would be advantageous.
