We provide round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home.

We are seeking healthcare support workers in Sheerness to work with a Clinical Complex Adult at home covering Flexible day and weekend shifts (12 hours per shift) – to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a fixed rota as well as the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for people who are keen to work full time hours however part time roles are offered

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Complex Care Assistants and Senior Care staff Team to provide quality care to an adult client receiving care at home
  • Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
  • Provide 2-2-1 support to an an adult carrying out observations
  • Build rapport with clients and form a part of their daily routine
  • Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Medication Administration
  • JEJ

Requirements

  • Previous care experience of 6 months or more
  • You must be able to commit at least two shifts per week.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • *You must be based in the UK to apply for this role – we do not offer VISA sponsorship*
