PositionOverview:
The successful candidatewill have the opportunity to contribute to the schools dynamicSpanish department inspiring the next generation of passionateindividuals. The role entails fostering a love for thinking instudents equipping them with essential skills for the modernage.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Spanish lessonsaligned with the national curriculum and schools educational goalsacross Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Create astimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosityproblemsolving and collaboration.
- Assess andmonitor student progress providing constructive feedback tofacilitate individual growth.
- Collaborateeffectively with colleagues within the Spanish department andacross the school to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches anddevelopments in the field ofSpanish.
Qualificationsand Experience:
- ABachelors degree or higher in Spanish or a relatedfield.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or anequivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish at the secondarylevel.
