Industrial Cleaner
Salary – £22,389.00 to £26,340.00 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 40 hours per week

The Industrial Cleaner you will be working as part of a small team and you will be primarily responsible for improving and maintaining the standard of cleanliness in and around the Greatmoor EfW operational plant areas.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Day Operations supervisor you will work with the cleaning team to complete all the tasks which you have been asked to complete safely, efficiently and in a timely manner, whilst working in accordance with FCC Safe Systems of Work and complying with company policies and procedures.
Example of daily duties are, but not limited to:
Cleaning of bottom ash Conveyor system belts and undertrays.
Cleaning and tidying of internal areas within the process plant (Not Administration building).
Cleaning and tidying of external areas of the process plant storage and laydown areas.
Assist the Operations and or Maintenance departments with the removal of blockages from the site processes as and when required.
Assist the Operations and or Maintenance departments during annual shutdown with the movement of equipment and or work materials.
Assist the day operations team as and when required in the waste reception tipping hall, waste crane / grab operation and deliveries of bulk chemicals / consumable’s.
