houseman/ handyman

Job title -Houseman / Handyman
Hours - 40 hours per week - minimum of 5 days per week, Monday - Sunday.
Location - Private household in Newbury
Salary - £24,000 per annum

My client is looking for a handyman to work alongside their house houshold team at a private estate in Newbury

The role will include
* Cleaning cars
* Preparing outdoor event spaces
* Log store is clean tidy and full
* Assist the gardening team when needed
* Polishing silver
* Assistance with delivery's
* Monitoring contractors on site
* Occasional driving of the family if needed.

Essential:
* Experience working on large Estate
* Experience working with high value items / precious fabrics
* Driving license
* Positive work ethic
* Attention to detail
* Basic handyman knowledge
