: We are establishing a talent pool for Warehouse Operatives at Alloga in South Normanton, Derbyshire. This talent pool opportunity means that if successfully shortlisted, you will be considered for future roles and invited to an interview when a position becomes available. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately assemble orders using scanning equipment at the agreed assembly rate while adhering to Company and GDP standards.

Key Tasks:

Adhere to Company Health & Safety policies and standards at all times. Report any accidents, near misses, or damages promptly to the Contract Supervisor. Operate only equipment for which full training has been provided. Maintain personal appearance according to company guidelines and wear the uniform with a valid identity pass. Ensure operations comply with MHRA and GDP standards, including maintaining high standards of housekeeping. Follow Pick Work Instructions diligently. Assemble orders accurately and promptly from the scanner. Build pallets securely and wrap them appropriately. Position pallet labels as per the Work Instruction. Fulfill any reasonable requests from Management.

What your background should look like 

Competencies:

Knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Systems. PC Literacy. Strong team player and communicator.

Personal Attributes:

Flexible with shifts. Punctual, with a strong work ethic and attendance record. Quick and accurate worker. Takes responsibility for own actions. Confident, enthusiastic, and good interpersonal skills. Demonstrates effective initiative and judgment. Honest and open.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience. Sound knowledge of GDP and Health & Safety regulations. Qualified in ROPT. Experience in operating an RDT. Proficient in Manual Handling. Trained in all relevant SOPs within 3 months.
