We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients. Our highly respected Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do, providing the very best home care and helping us elevate the care experience.
We are looking for Care Professionals that is flexible to work between Newport & Cwmbran, and that can work the following hours:
06:45am to 02:00pm or 02:00pm to 11:00pm
We will carefully match you to our clients, in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:
Companionship and help around the home Preparation and support with meals Prompting and assisting your client with their medication Supporting with personal care and to get dressed Social visits and support with appointments and shopping tripsHome Instead are unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday
As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.
Excellent rates of pay, £12.00 Monday to Friday, £12.50 at weekends and double time on bank holidays Full or part-time hours available All visits are a minimum of an hour Paid mileage, 30p per mile Paid training Paid shadowing visits Ongoing support from Mentors Regular team meet-ups and social events Start your care career with us and benefit from award winning training, including Care Certification, City & Guilds Dementia Training , End of Life and Parkinson’s Disease specialist training
