About the Role

Role Starts in SEPTEMBER 2024. Can be based around Bridgwater or Exeter  Role is offered on a 24 month basis - incorporating 6 x 3-4 month work placements. These may be in any of the region detailed above. You must have the right to work in the UK.

What will you be doing?

You will be working within the Operations Team in the South West region, undertaking a 24 month work rotation with 6 x 3-4 month placements. Throughout these diverse assignments you will learn about different teams and roles; you will also be given individual support from a holistic support network (a HR contact, your mentor and your line manager).

What are the Requirements?

Graduated within the last 3 years in a relevant subject. Full UK driving license  Willing to travel within the regions detailed above - and also to spend some nights away from home.  Willing to relocate within the South West region - if not already located here. Ideally you will already have some work experience through an industrial placement or summer placement to underpin your exceptional academic record. The will to succeed and to progress.  A keen eye for detail.  Formidable leadership qualities.
