Responsibilitiesof therole:

• Workingin teams on reactive and planned maintenancejobs
• Working at height safely on a dailybasis
• Cladding Commercial Traditional &Industrial Roofing maintenance
• Gutteringrepairs / replacement
• Must be flexible withworking hours working away early starts late finishes and someweekends as and when required.
• Availability tobe on call on a rota basis
• Willingness to learnnew skills
• Good communication and customerservice skills
• Pride in workmanship andaccountability
• Utilising portable devices toundertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports oncompletedworks.

Requirementsrequiredbut notessential:

• IPAF(1b 3a eb)
• CSCS labourer or skilledworker
• PASMA
• DrivingLicence
• First aid
• NVQ(Slating & Tiling / Sheeting &cladding)
• Reactive building maintenanceidentifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofingguttering slating concrete tiling GRP flatroofing)
