Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Description

Sales Invoicing

  • Raise Sales invoices for contract billing and sundry invoices.
  • Communicate with QS’s to resolve any invoice queries.
  • Review Aged Debtors reports on daily basis to check if payments received have been allocated.

Cover Duties:

  • Cover Credit Control Function as when needed.
  • Keep Customer details up to date.
  • Setting up new customers for all entities.
  • Raising jobs for all entities.
  • Update remittance spreadsheet and folders, reporting new remittances to Finance Analysts

Adhoc duties:

  • Adhoc work as directed by the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Qualifications

Studying towards or achieved AA or other accounts qualifications
