As a member of the Customer Care team at McDonald's Shipley, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for all customers. Role involves working various shifts including mornings, days, evenings, nights and weekends - Earliest start of shift will be 7am-latest finish 1am.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Answer enquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and pricing.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests/dietary restrictions.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area and service stations.
• Monitor and restock condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene protocols, adhering to McDonald's standards.
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to provide efficient and effective service.
