Artsysmission is to expand the art market to support moreartists and art in the world. Artsy has created the worlds largesttwosided art marketplace offering more than 1 million works by100000 artists from 4000 leading galleries fairs auction houses andinstitutions in more than 100countries.
Artsy is seekingan innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy anddevelopment of products and services for our Gallery Partners. AsSenior Product Manager you will be responsible for owning andexecuting the product vision to power the gallery supply side ofour marketplace. You will empower our Gallery Partners throughproduct innovation providing the right tools to allow galleries tobring their best inventory onto Artsy establishing data driventools to succeed and creating a frictionless experience that bringsthem closer to the collectors who engage with theirart.
Artsys mission is to expand the art marketto support more artists and art in the world. Artsy has created theworlds largest twosided art marketplace with more thanworks by100000 artists from 4000 of the worlds leading galleries auctionhouses art fairs and institutions across 190countries.
As a Senior Product Manager at Artsyyou will be a leader in driving the success of our marketplace andenabling our gallery partners to succeed.
KeyResponsibilities:- Own productstrategy and execution of your product domain to drive value toArtsys Gallery Partners
- Drive end to endcreative solutions to best position gallery supply to connectconsumers and collectors to artworks
- Build anddeliver on a roadmap that enhances the gallery partner experienceand presence on Artsy beyond current tools
- Useboth quantitative and qualitative data to drive high impactdecisionmaking
- Partner closely with data designand engineering managing the product development process endtoendin a collaborative fashion
- Analyze andunderstand shifting consumer behavior to inform valuable productsfor our partners driving an effective two sidedmarketplace
- Collaborate cross functionally todevelop products that support gallery ROI and success on theplatform (Sales Marketing Ops Legal ..)
- Driveyour team through change ambiguity and complexity to transformtogether
- 5 years productmanagement experience working within an agile development team witha successful track record of releasing consumer/businessproducts
- Experience owning the full productlifecycle managing products from conception to launch within anagile environment to deliver impact for our business and ourusers
- Ability to articulate product vision andinspire your core team and stakeholders around anoutcome
- Ability to manage large crossfunctional initiatives with complex stakeholdermanagement
- Passion for building products thatsolve user needs
- Effectively creates alignmentacross teams on product roadmap andprioritization
- Clear concise communicator toboth technical and nontechnical audiences
