Line Chef

We are looking for a talented and motivated Line Chef to join our restaurant at The Dragonfly Hotel in King's Lynn.

At the Dragonfly Hotel in King’s Lynn, our team offers a flexible and personal service that you simply don’t get at chain hotels, we’re happy to go above and beyond to make our guests happy. Located near the A10 and A47, a great base for exploring the local area and North Norfolk, our team are eager to meet guests needs and make their stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

As a Line Chef you will be tasked with cooking food to an outstanding level to provide to all of our customers and we are looking for experience in either a hotel or pub environment.

We are looking for you to have:

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure- whilst preparing delicious meals/ dishes
• The ability to deliver high standards consistently
• Outstanding attention to detail
• High standards of health and hygiene
• Clear communication skills

The role will require:

• Preparing and cooking items on the menu to specification
• Organising and labelling the kitchen and it's storage
• Managing and ordering in stock
• Keeping wastage to a minimum
• Being an integral part of the kitchen brigade
