The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a passionate, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Nemo’s Nursery as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice.

Housed in a beautifully large Victorian House which has been refurbished and set amongst extensive grounds in Canford Cliffs, it’s Nursery and Pre-school provide an extremely friendly and professional environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to complete a Childcare apprenticeship within a fantastic setting, learning from experienced childcare professionals.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

Supporting children with personal care Supporting with feeding and snacks Preparing activities for the children Participating in activities with the children Helping with messy play Working with other team members to keep the setting clean and tidy Must be willing to get involved Adhering to safeguarding procedures Keeping the children safe at all times Following health and safety procedures Observing children Interacting with parents

Qualities required;

The ideal candidate will need to be a great team player, confident and outgoing and must be willing to carry out a variety of tasks, as well as be enthusiastic and willing to learn. You must also be imaginative, creative and be committed to a career within Childcare

Hours;

The nursery is open between the hours of 08:30-17:30 and runs throughout 51 weeks of the year. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and be flexible with working shift patterns.

Requirements;

A level 2 Childcare Qualification is required when applying for this role. You must be able to gain a clear DBS. GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
