Our client is keen on driving their own growth whilst investing heavily in the personal and professional development of their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ PQE to join a supportive and dynamic firm.

Your role will be based in Preston and will involve ownership of an existing caseload, managing contractual disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, reputational & privacy disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, IP disputes and more. There will also be opportunities for supervising trainees and junior fee earners.
