What you’ll be doing
as a Water regulation inspector Conduct inspections to meet our regulatory targets. Audit approved plumbers, monitoring their competency and customer care. Audit RPZ valve installations. Direct involvement in high-risk/high-profile investigations, like water quality contamination cases. Support notifications related to plumbing alterations under Regulation 5 of the Water Fittings Regulations.What you should bring to the role
Full UK driving licence. Competent in using the appropriate company IT systems and office software. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and internal processes. (advantageous) City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent on the enforcement of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. (advantageous) Relevant industry experience and understanding of the business will be beneficial.What’s in it for you?
Offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience. Annual leave: 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days with length of service.
