Opportunity as a Performance Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead, optimise, and scale our advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale digital campaigns with a 6-figure monthly budget across platforms like Google and Meta. You should be a strategic thinker, skilled in performance analysis, and confident in optimising campaigns to drive a positive ROAS. This role is ideal for someone eager to immerse themselves in growth, take ownership and make a significant impact.
Key responsibilities as a Performance Marketing Manager include:
- Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other channels to drive growth.
- Manage a 6-figure monthly advertising budget effectively, ensuring targets are met and optimising performance across channels.
- Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Drive acquisition through paid media while exploring new growth opportunities.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to stay competitive.
To be successful in the Performance Marketing Manager role, you will have:
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a minimum of 6-figure monthly spend.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on maximising efficiency and ROAS.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and audience segmentation.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey insights to stakeholders clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
