Job summary
North Chelmsford NHS Healthcare Centre has an opportunity for a Senior Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis for at least 30 hours per week including covering one in four weekends on a rota basis.
Main duties of the job
Staff rotas Ensuring cover is in place for all shifts Creating new and updating existing reception protocols, and ensuring these are followed Staff supervision Staff training of new and existing staff Assisting the management team with interviews Assisting the management team with appraisals Signing off overtime for reception team Signing off annual leave for reception team Dealing with verbal complaints Answering all queries from reception team Updating reception team in regards to nurse/clinician skill sets
About us
The North Chelmsford NHS Healthcare Centre GP Surgery was formed in April 2015 following the take over by The Elizabeth Courtauld Surgery based in Halstead.
Facilities now available in the surgery include a large multi-purpose room for baby clinics, facilities for the disabled which include a specially adapted WC, wheelchair access and hearing loop. There is some car parking available for patients attending the surgery.
