As part of our GuestExperience Team, you will… 

- Prepare Welcome Packs to warmly greet our guests upon theirarrival
- Extend a warmwelcome to guests as they arrive at our bustling reception area
- Extendhospitality through courtesy check-in calls, ensuring guests feel appreciatedand attended to from the moment they arrive
- Share yourinsider's knowledge of the local area with our guests, enriching their staywith tips and recommendations for an unforgettable experience
- Collaborateseamlessly with our team to swiftly and effectively address any queries orconcerns our guests may have, ensuring their comfort and satisfactionthroughout their stay

Pay Rates:  16 to 17 £, 18 to 20 £, 21+ £ per hour
