By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young girl in Oldham.

Our Service User is a cheerful young girl who enjoys playing on her iPad, discovering new books, enjoying story time with her care team, socialising, and spending time with her family and friends.

Your role? To provide essential care, remain attentive, and oversee our service users needs, as her care requirements can sometimes be quite intense. Therefore, we are specifically seeking candidates with experience in childrens care within a healthcare setting.

This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on the lives of others.

Please note, our service users family have specifically requested female staff for their team.

Main duties of the job

Pay Rates:

£ - £ per hour Approx. £ - £ (per 8-hour day shift) Approx. £ - £ (per 10-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

Part Time Days Monday & Wednesday (8:30am 4:30pm) Part Time Nights 30 Hours Per Week 10pm 8am

Job responsibilities

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
