As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers.   Job responsibilities :

Guide and define our security practices and standards end-to-end, covering mobile and web applications Interact with 3rd party vendors on security-related aspects during onboarding Interact and contributing to a wider security team Review and regularly improve existing security practices and standards  Provide security architecture review with focus on security Monitor and mitigate security vulnerabilities reported by a multitude of scanning tools we use 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experience Working knowledge of TypeScript Mobile penetration testing experience: manual and automated with (Burp Suite, MobSF)  Excellent knowledge of best-practices for securing mobile applications (OWASP MASVS, SANS) Excellent knowledge of methods for authentication, authorization and encryption (AuthN/Z, JWT, RBAC, TLS, OAuth2) Understanding of applied cryptography - symmetric/asymmetric cryptography Practical experience with RASP Understanding of security vulnerabilities and remediation options in codebases (TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, etc)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Knowledge of security/identity SaaS vendors (Auth0, Forgerock) Good understanding of modern SDLC practices and security aspects & tools of CI/CD pipelines (code scanning, container scanning)
