Hello, we’re Severn Trent Services, a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We monitor and look after our legionella control and water treatment services and are now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Operative Technician to join the team, supporting the Nottinghamshire area.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As a Water Hygiene Operative, you will deliver a high level of customer service whilst meeting health & safety compliance. 

Some of the other key accountabilities are:

Overseeing multi-site visits across diverse geographic locations. Carrying out monitoring and associated tasks in line with ACoP L when required Providing support to both customers and colleagues with technical input where required. Carrying out Hazard/Risk assessments as required on each individual sites. Maintaining safety standards in the field 

This will be a start from home role, with travel across your allocated region as required in one of our company vans, for this reason you will need a Full UK driving license. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE 

Our new Water Hygiene Operative would ideally have:

Accredited Legionella control training/experience Experience of TMV servicing Knowledge of both Domestic and Industrial water systems Computer & smart phone literacy
