WHAT WE DO

We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach.

THE ROLE

Our Versioning Producers sit within the Client Services department and are the main contact at DMS for the marketing teams of key global studio clients. We are seeking a Versioning Producer to join the Creative Localisation team and specialising in reformatting TV spots into social content for the international market. In addition, this is a versatile role also involved in localisation and re-versioning projects across global film studios.

This is a key role that requires constant client engagement and strong project management skills.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Managing complex delivery schedules with the ability to communicate challenges and prioritize work according to tight deadlines.
  • Ensuring clients expectations of quality and efficiency are always met. Responding to client queries accurately and efficiently.
  • In collaboration with our internal operations teams, acting as a trouble-shooter, swiftly resolving any operational or client issues.
  • Managing schedules and placing orders via DMS systems and updating project tracking and distribution software accurately.
  • Communicating clearly with LA and Sydney teams and sharing workloads with international colleagues.
  • After hours support for internal operations teams and external clients and vendors. May include weekend working.

Requirements

With previous demonstrable experience of working within post-production operations, you will have a track record of providing a high-level service to major clients.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Understanding of post-production workflows and digital file delivery.
  • Ability to liaise with clients of all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and a proven ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving creative environment with the flexibility and resilience to successfully adapt to changing situations.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, shifting timelines and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A European language is an advantage.
