Umbrella/Ltd Pay Rate London's capped rate is £44.50 Ltd per hour for Team Managers, £40.50 ph for Advanced Practitioner,  £38.50 Ltd per hour for Senior Social workers and for social workers is £37 per hour
Retention Bonus - £2000.00

Requirements

Must haves:
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years UK experience working as a qualified social worker
  • Post-qualified experience (min 2- years)
  • Social Work England registration
  • HCPC registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • UK state registered degree in Social Work, DipSW or CQSW.


BenefitsRecruitment & Retention Bonus of £2000 for Social Practitioners employed via Omega Recruitment Group.


This bonus is provided on an annual basis to qualified social workers and social practitioners who are in temporary or locum positions with our clients. The bonus is payable upon completing at least 1600 work hours within 12 months, subject to certain terms and conditions
