We have a new vacancy for an Operations Manager in Sheffield to keep our buses on the road and smiles on our customers’ faces.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic manager who is ready for a new challenge in one of our depots, which has significant opportunities and potential for growth as we build back from the pandemic. The Senior Leadership Team have ambitious plans to bring growth in the region so expect to be challenged with an interesting workload.

There will be plenty of scope for you to take the lead in delivering excellent customer service, high employee engagement and productive relationships with stakeholders; whilst focusing on delivering the brilliant basics our customers expect.

We need you to ensure we deliver a safe, punctual, high-quality product on the road whilst working closely and effectively with the depot team to ensure the overall success of the operation.

You might be an existing Operations Manager ready for a change of location or an Assistant Operations Manager looking to step up. Either way it is important for you to be an excellent communicator and a confident leader of people. You also need a real business focus, to be commercially aware, all supported by strong organisational skills.

A competitive salary and benefits commensurate with previous experience together with relocation expenses, if applicable, is on offer for the post.
