We are looking for a Planner to join our Building team based in Tewkesbury, to contribute towards and co-ordinate the production of fully integrated programmes, phase sequence plans and method statements from bid stage through to final commissioning, handover and occupation stage. Whilst developing and maintaining a suite of associated project controls, and the monitoring and reporting against such control documents. All of this will be in line with bid and project requirements, including MEP service installations and commissioning.

What you'll do:

Contributing towards and co-ordinating the overall planning process, maintaining a proactive and professional service to the planning, bid and project teams working to the guidelines of the planning and programming strategic plan. Contribute towards key bid and project planning / programming controls Assist the management team in preparation of method statements to meet the needs of the project Contribute towards the monitoring of progress and production of all internal and external progress reports for completion and delivery to the bid & project leadership teams, client and other parties in a timely and professional manner Contribution towards the development of Contractual and Change Management programme related aspects in conjunction with the preparation of any time entitlement documentation

What you'll bring to the role:

HNC/Degree qualification in a construction related subject or trade qualifications Security Clearance is required  Experience on major DIO/MOD projects and different forms of construction and types of Contracts (incl. NEC form of contract) Excellent working knowledge of Planning Software (Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject)  Experience in the assessment of trade contractor programmes in line with NEC3 requirements

Security Clearance

This role requires Cabinet Office security clearance. You should be aware that this has specific UK residency requirements of 5 years for SC or 10 years for DV; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and therefore would not be eligible to undertake the role. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
