We are currently seeking an Deputy Head Teacher based at our SEN School in Bridgnorth.

This school is a friendly and successful provision, currently supporting a number of vulnerable young children aged 7-18 years with special education needs. The school is also a base for our outreach services.

As a Deputy Head Teacher, you will be required:

To provide leadership to the teaching team, enabling them to develop outstanding outcomes for our learnersTo act as a delegated authority in the absence of the Headteacher. To contribute to the educational and social development of each young person To form effective relationships with young people, their families (if appropriate) and external agenciesTo ensure that young people’s views and wishes are sought and acted upon where appropriateEnsure that appropriate resources and environment exist for individual pupils referred to the service, and that opportunity for inclusion are available to all our studentsTo contribute to the relevant sections of the self-evaluationTo liaise with other teachers and teaching assistants in the team to ensure effective deployment of resourcesTo develop and to meet the needs of the schoolWe think that our teams are the best in the industry - if you want to join us, there has never been a better time
