Your new role
You will oversee inspection processes, lead a team of quality inspectors, and implement quality control measures to maintain our high standards. Your responsibilities will include managing the quality inspection team, developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and addressing quality issues and non-conformities. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams, prepare quality reports for senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess experience in quality inspection or assurance in a mechanical production environment. Strong knowledge of quality control standards, visual inspection, excellent leadership and analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with quality inspection tools and software are essential.
