We are currently recruiting a Security Data Clerk to be a part of our integral team here at RMA Sandhurst, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 4PQ

What you’ll be doing

  • Input of accurate personal details for all visitors onto SISYS data system (training provided)
  • Print and issue passes
  • Interrogate the SISYS database to provide records of specified criteria
  • Respond professionally to unexpected tasks in accordance with the duty MPGS officer
  • Ensure handover of all procedures are adhered to before leaving place of work
  • Ensure all visitors are always welcomed and managed in a polite and courteous manner
  • Comply with all company rules, regs and policies at all times
  • Any other reasonable task within capability
  • Assist with security escorting as required

 

Experience/Qualifications

  • Security clearance required
  • Computer literate
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
