As a Senior Front End/UX AI Developer you willoversee the development of user interfaces that are not onlyintuitive but also integrated seamlessly with our AI platform toenhance professional coaching andinsights.
Description:
In this role you willlead the front end development and have substantial autonomy overthe design and implementation of our product. Youll collaboratedirectly with senior management to shape the strategic direction ofour product interfaces and ensure that our technology aligns withbusinessgoals.
Yourresponsibilities:
- Leadershipand Strategic Influence: Lead the front end development of theproduct establishing clear objectives and assigningresponsibilities. Influence the overall company policy and strategyrelated to front end and UXdesign.
- AdvancedDevelopment: Develop responsive and interactive web applicationsusing modern web technologies like HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript andframeworks such as React Vue.js or Angular. Implement complexfeatures that utilise AIdriven insights to enhance userinteraction.
- ComplexProblem Solving and Integration: Handle technical financial andquality aspects of UI/UX projects. Integrate front end systems withbackend APIs to create seamless and scalable userexperiences.
- PolicyImplementation and Technical Guidance: Contribute to theformulation and implementation of technical policies andstrategies. Offer expert guidance on front end technologies andbest practices ensuring alignment with the broader businessobjectives.
- InnovativeSolutions and Knowledge Sharing: Promote the application ofindustryspecific knowledge within the team and broaderorganisation. Lead by example in adopting new technologies andmethodologies that driveinnovation.
- RiskManagement and Compliance: Oversee the security aspects of frontend development ensuring compliance with data protectionregulations. Manage risks associated with web applicationvulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalentpractical experience).
- Extensive experience asa front end/UX developer evidenced by a strongportfolio.
- Expertise in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScriptand frameworks like React Vue.js orAngular.
- Deep understanding of UX designprinciples and their application in creating effective userinterfaces.
- Leadership experience and abilityto manage a development team.
- Strongunderstanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to workaround them.
- Knowledge of backend technologiesparticularly in relation to integrating with front endsystems.
- Experience with cloud platforms andcontainerisation technologies for scalabledeployments.
