As our Assistant Back of House Manager, you are at the heart of our back of house operation, assisting in the supervision of handling the daily back of house operations in one of the largest Conference Hotels in London.

As an Assistant Back of House Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for an Assistant Back of House Manager:
  • Lead and supervisor the daily and back of house operations
  • Train and develop team members to ensure a consistent service is given
  • Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the job they do.
  • Who builds excellent relationships with the back of house team members to keep everything running smoothly.

  • With previous experience as in hotel Back of House or Meeting & Events Operations.
