Workinghours: Monday Friday 8am 6pm with 1 hourlunch

1 in 3Saturdays 8am 12pm

Ourclient has a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated servicecentre.

They are looking to recruit aMOT Tester to join their busy service team in their Crawleysite.

Our client s performance hasbeen continuing to grow as well as being recognised for the qualityof service provided to theircustomers.

As such they require aselfmotivated individual who is able to use their own initiative towork alongside our existing team in their busy servicedepartment.

JobDescription:

The ideal MOTTester will have superb technical knowledge a professional attitudeand will ensure that the highest quality of service is maintained.In return you d be working with a company that genuinely caresabout its colleagues and maintains some of the most pristine andprestigious showrooms and workshops in thecountry.

Our Client are looking for anMOT Tester who holds the relevant MOT Tester qualification with aview to progress and work towards a diagnosticqualification

Requirements


TheIdeal candidatewill:

The knowledge to use modern diagnosticequipment

Thecapability of working to the highest qualitystandards

Greatteam player and communicationskills

Maintainhigh standards ofhousekeeping

Priorexperience of working to efficiencytargets

A full UKdriving license

Experience within a main automotive dealer preferable but notessential

VOSAapproved MOT tester also an advantage but notessential

Musthold a level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair NVQ orequivalent

Requirements: Proof of Right to Work in the UK. Relevantmanufacturer experience. Smart appearance. Competency in numeracy,literacy and IT. Understanding of basic vehicle design, functionand location of parts. Relevant product knowledge. Supports othersto continuously improve performance. Seeks feedback on ownperformance, takes responsibility for own development. Understandsthe drivers of business performance and uses them to optimisecommercial opportunities. Plans and manages processes, resourcesworkflows efficiently. Demonstrates openness to change andimprovement. Proactively looks for more effective ways of doingthings.
