Are you a passionate Biology teacher looking for a new role starting in September 2024? Our client school in South Shields is offering an incredible opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECT) and Fully Qualified Teachers (FQT) to join their team.

Position: Biology Teacher

  • Pay: To scale (£153.84 to £238.58 per day)
  • Contract: Full-Time
  • Start Date: September 2024

For those who don't drive, there are plenty of public transport options from surrounding areas in the North East. Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in Biology, with a basic understanding of other sciences
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply, with our assistance)
  • Two professional references from recent employment

Job Brief:
