As Registered Branch Manager you will have direct responsibility for the development, growth and performance of our West Bridgford branch.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the branch with the support of your care management team and our central support team
  • Responsible for the local management of hourly home care and live-in care services
  • Deliver the highest standard of care, service and staff support with the aim of achieving outstanding inspection results
  • Lead the team in achieving key performance indicators and targets
  • Recruitment, retention and support of carers
  • Participate in the branch on-call function when the business need arises
Requirements
  • Proven track record of working in the care sector
  • Previous experience in a care manager role but not necessarily in the home care sector
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • A valid driving licence and your own car
