This role is designed for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience in teaching.

English Graduate Teaching Assistant | Person Specification

  • Academic excellence: Achieved a 2:1 or higher in English Literature, English Language, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Comparative Literature, American Literature, or a related field.
  • Experience: While previous experience is advantageous, it is not required.
  • Passion for education: A strong commitment to fostering a love for English and motivating students.

English Graduate Teaching Assistant | Job Specification

  • Conduct group and one-on-one intervention sessions for GCSE and A-Level students.
  • Ignite a passion for English in students of varying abilities and support their academic growth.
  • Create engaging and effective educational materials to simplify complex concepts.

English Graduate Teaching Assistant | Position Details:

  • Full-time Role: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.
  • Compensation: £500-£580 per week.
  • Start Date: 2nd September 2024.
