Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Director for Commercialization and Enablement in the Products departmentto deliver the commercialization strategies for TerraPay’s products globally. You will need to ensure they are positioned effectively, and support the adoption across clients, working with other teams such as Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success teams. This role also involves supporting sales enablement strategies, developing tools and materials to support the sales team, and ensuring product success in the market. The Director will be tasked with driving the development of a range of content, including white papers, case studies, and sales content, to strengthen TerraPay's market position.The Director will report to the VP for Product Management and Commercialization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercialization Execution:
    Responsible for the delivery of product commercialization strategies, ensuring alignment with GTM plans and market needs. Oversee the launch of new products and the expansion of existing products into new regions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Develop and implement sales enablement materials such as product presentations, case studies, competitive analysis, and training tools for the sales team in collaboration with various internal stakeholders. Ensure teams are equipped with the latest product insights, competitive positioning, and value propositions to support effective commercialization efforts via the Sales team in their engagement with clients.
  • White Papers and Thought Leadership:
    Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, including white papers, industry reports, and detailed case studies that highlight the value of TerraPay’s products. Ensure these materials resonate with B2B partners and potential clients.
  • Market Positioning & Messaging:
    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine product messaging, ensuring it is compelling and aligns with market needs and customer pain points.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and legal to manage product rollout and commercialization requirements, ensuring all teams are aligned on messaging, positioning, and customer engagement strategies. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address potential issues and ensure smooth coordination.

Qualifications:

  • ~8-12 years for Assoc Director, ~10-15 years of experience for Director of experience in product management, GTM strategy, commercialization, sales enablement, or B2B marketing roles within financial services or technology industries. The level of the successful candidate will be determined based on the relevant experience in commercialising and enabling payment capabilities and demonstrates ability to influence and navigate stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience in developing white papers, case studies, competitive analysis, and other thought leadership content.
  • Proven track record in driving product adoption and market success.
  • Experience in B2B environments, working with aggregators, distributors, and partners.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
