KHR is working with a leading manufacturer ofbespoke products who are looking for a creative, engaging andpassionate Videographer to join the team.

AsVideographer you will be responsible for creating, shooting,producing, editing, and finalising all video shoots and content.

Due to exciting growth, the business ismoving into a larger, modernised site before the end of the yearlocated near Bearsted, Maidstone.

Roles andResponsibilities

- Planning and executingvideo shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audioequipment
- Capturing high-quality footage that alignswith the creative vision and goals of the project
-Ensuring technical aspects such as focus, exposure, and compositionare optimal during filming
- Editing raw footage usingvideo editing software to create polished and engaging finalproducts for output across various channels including social mediaand website
- Arranging and cutting sequences, addingtransitions, graphics and special effects, including audio elementssuch as music, and voiceovers
- Maintaining andorganising video equipment, ensuring always in good workingcondition
- Troubleshooting technical issues that mayarise during shooting and editing
- Staying updated onthe latest video production technologies and tools
-Collaborating with content creators, directions, and other membersof the team to understand project goals, creative concepts anddeliver accordingly
- Contribute ideas for visualstorytelling, shot composition, and overall video aesthetics todeliver the best results
- Effectively communicate withclients and other key stakeholders (internal and external) to alignthe video content with expected outcomes
- Managetimelines and deadlines for video projects, ensuring timelydelivery and demonstrating accountability.
- Organisingand maintaining video files, project assets, anddocumentation.

CandidateProfile

- Skilled and experienced in shootingand editing of creative video production in all formats
-Experience in content creation and a sound understanding of allvideo techniques, tools, and software, and how to best usethem
- Ability to execute, direct and deliver a videoshoot end to end, producing the final product in the timeframerequired
- Willing to meet customers and otherstakeholders face to face and plan and conduct shoots
-Skills in photography would be advantageous
