Our Daventry based client are a well-established small independent manufacturer. They are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join their busy warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative.

Warehouse Operative responsibilities include:

  • Operate filling machines for dispensing and filling of products into bottles/jars
  • Lidding, & packing products into outer cases, palletising, ready for dispatch
  • Regular Pallet wrapping
  • Putting away pallets of goods received and retrieving jars and bottles from stock and preparing for production
  • Regular lifting of product
  • Other general warehouse duties as required

Warehouse Operative requirements:

  • Previous warehouse / manufacturing experience
  • Be self-motivated and able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset
