In this role, you will Lead FP&A across EMEA IFP ( International Family Care and Professional) business, partner with EMEA Family Care Cluster Director to drive strategy deployment and deliver results, provide analytical support to EMEA IFP CFO on key strategic projects or finance initiatives. 

Lead FP&A activities across EMEA IFP business driving process within country BA teams, managing MID resources and collaborating with IFP HQ team (includes Weekly Outlook, Monthly results, Quarterly Forecast, ABP, SBP).

Provide added-value beyond the process identifying Risks / Opps, preparing high-quality analysis and recommendations to EMEA IFP leadership team.

Partner with EMEA Family Care Cluster Dir to set challenging goals and targets for EMEA Family Care and develop the strategies and plans to support the Family Care ABP/SBP.

Commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance, optimise resources and improve overall decision making to deliver both top line growth and margin improvement.

Collaborate across Finance function and EMEA IFP analysis team to build capability, solve problems, simplify process drive continuous improvement.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

CIMA qualified with 10+ years professional experience in Commercial Finance with at least 3 years in leadership positions with increased responsibility for results delivery, business planning & strategic decision making.

FMCG experience with strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of W Europe retail environment (is an advantage), experience in strategy development, revenue management, solving complex problems, decision making.

Strong data management skills, attention to detail /accuracy and proven capability to lead, organize, prioritise and deliver high-quality output under time pressure that is key for success in FP&A

Proven ability to lead, challenge and influence across functional & geographic boundaries – at senior levels of the organization – and deliver results.

Clear and compelling communication – both written and verbal. Ability to deliver succinct and impactful recommendations to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
