Status: Full Time / Part Time

About the Role:

GSL Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA (SEN experience) to join our vibrant schools in Lincoln. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support to students with a range of special educational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational activities.
  • Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress and development.

The successful candidate will:

  • Proven experience as a HLTA with SEN expertise
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
