As a Deputy Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving store sales, to effectively minimise costs and deliver profits. This will involve the day-to-day management of the sales floor, deputising in the Store Manager's absence, maintaining compliance of company operational standards, utilising your initiative to ensure floors are commercially focused, creatively merchandised, replenished, manage shrinkage and assist in reaching company targets.
Currently a Manager in a multi-million turnover business or a deputy in a larger outlet, creative problem solver and team builder You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both customers and colleagues, respond quickly, positively and with integrity in a fast paced and changing environment Preferably you will have a good level of education to analyse and interpret financial information and be PC literate You will also be results oriented, able to demonstrate commercial awareness and take on a proactive approach to competitor and fashion trendsAt TJX Europe we’re committed to building an inclusive culture where all our associates feel welcome, valued and engaged.
