Teaching Personnel’s Permanent Workforce Resource team is delighted to present a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and versatile MFL Teacher to join a distinguished Academy in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. This is a permanent position beginning in September.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Modern Foreign Language (MFL) lessons in your specialist language.
  • Develop a dynamic and inclusive curriculum that supports language acquisition and cultural understanding.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to guide their learning journey.
  • Foster a classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a passion for languages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL department and share innovative teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in teaching any modern foreign language (e.g., French, Spanish, German, etc.).
  • Experience teaching MFL at secondary school level.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
