Your new schoolHays is working closely with a trust that works with various schools around London. They are currently seeking a key stage 1 teacher for a year 1 class.
Within this trust, there is a lot of space to grow as a teacher in your role, as well as a chance to move to their different schools around London.

Your role as a Year 1 Teacher

Create and plan captivating lessons aligned with learning objectives.Set targets, considering students' prior knowledge and skills.Adhere to school and national assessment guidelines. Keep meticulous records and communicate student progress effectively.Supervise Learning Support Assistants and other classroom aides.Participate actively in primary school duties, overseeing playtimes and leading school-wide and class assemblies.
What you will need to succeed in the key stage 1 teaching job:A successful candidate will:Must hold QTS status.Have recent experience of working in primary schools in the UK.Have good interpersonal skills.Show good standards of professionalism, being well-organised and capable of working with policy and procedure to agreed timescales.
