PCN Administrator

Job summary

We are looking for an excellent administrator to join our leadership team and provide administrative support to the PCN Manager and leadership team.

You will work closely with the PCN Manager and provide support for the deliverance of the PCN DES requirements.

Main duties of the job

To provide administrative support to the PCN Manager.

To produce agendas and minutes for meetings and remain confidentiality at all times.

Oversee stock and order of supplies for enhanced access.

Provide monthly data on additional staff patient contact.

Have an understanding of the PCN contracts and to gather patient/practice data to support submissions alongside the PCN Manager.

About us

Chester Central Primary Care Network is a collaboration of six GP Practices in Chester City Centre who care for over 40,000 patients.

The PCN assists the practices by managing the additional roles and enhanced access service and having a clear understanding of the Network DES requirements and meets with the member practices on a monthly basis.

Job responsibilities

NHS experience not essential

Support with the planning andorganising Monthly Board and Operational Meetings, plus any other ad hoc PCNMeetings taking of minutes.

PCN Data submissions and PCN ITrequirements.

Monitoring, adding clinics andmaintaining the Enhanced Access appointment book and staff

Collating staff hours completed inenhanced access for monthly payroll

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

Excellent IT and communication skills, flexibility, a can-do attitude. The ability to be adaptable and not constrained by processes and organisational boundaries. The ideal candidate will be responsive and patient-focused, and a champion for change. Creating agendas and minutes for meetings NHS experience.

Desirable

A background of working in general practice An understanding of a primary care network
