Job Duties:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant at Teaching Personnel - Manchester South Secondary branch, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons and educational activities
  • Assisting students with their learning and development, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills
  • Providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN) requirements
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management
Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience of working with students in a UK Secondary School setting
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Able to support students with SEN requirements
  • Reliable and highly professional individual
Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Additional training or certifications in education or special educational needs
Working Conditions:

This role will involve working in a school environment, following the school's term dates and hours. You may be required to work with students of varying ages and abilities.
