We are looking for three ambitious and driven National Account Managers to join our team at Leonardo Hotels. In this key role, you will use your dynamic personality to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth with specific corporate accounts and Travel Management Companies (TMCs).

Working alongside the National Account Director, you will be instrumental in boosting market share, maximizing revenue performance, and delivering new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the National Account Director to implement strategies for account growth and engage TMCs. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate clients to drive revenue growth and enhance market penetration. Address challenging client requests, proactively handle inquiries, and identify opportunities to expand business relationships. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance against targets. Coordinate with internal teams, including Revenue Management and regional Sales, to capitalize on revenue opportunities. Demonstrate exemplary client relationship and account development practices, establishing trusted advisor relationships. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability. Travel as required to meet clients and support business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter capable of proactively driving major corporate account sales and maintaining/growing market share with existing TMCs and Preferred Partners. Proven B2B sales expertise with a track record of strategic account development in hospitality or a related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. A strategic thinker with the ability to leverage consumer behavior insights to drive business growth. Prior experience in account management or sales, ideally in corporate travel or hospitality. Results-oriented with a commitment to exceeding sales targets and thriving in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in effective selling methodologies, commercial negotiations, and market data analysis. Ambitious, driven, and knowledgeable about the value hotel sector.

Essential Qualifications:

Previous Account Management and Sales experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable Qualifications:

Educated to HND/Degree level or equivalent. Experience with PMS systems such as Opera, S&C, or Delphi. Knowledge of Hotelligence or other industry benchmarking systems. Familiarity with Salesforce or other leading CRM tools. Understanding of budgets and forecasts. Previous hospitality experience.
