A Head of eCommerce issought to lead the digital division across our own brand websitesand our partnersites.
Responsibilities
Leadthe vision and strategic planning for the CastoreWebsites
Deliver or exceed eCommerce targets andkey performance indicators
Devise and implementthe eCommerce trading strategy ensuring eCommerce objectives arealigned to the overall aims of thebusiness
Develop the internationalsites.
Management of the Castoreapp.
Collaborate with colleagues to identifyinitiatives and implement agreed actions that increase salesprofitably
Maintain high levels of customersatisfaction
Fully utilise the onsite technologyfrom reviews UGC and search merchtools
Continually assess and analyse digitalperformance and identify key areas ofimprovement
Ensure all eCommerce platforms& tools are designed & built to maximise allcommercial opportunities
Lead the CastoreeCommerce team developing high performanceindividuals
Effectively manage eCommerce toolsto build profitable customer journeys eg. selling price monitorstraffic analytics site search personalisation navigation landingpages etc.
Work in close cooperation withcolleagues to deliver outstandingperformance
Manage relevant third partypartnerships to ensure the high level ofperformance
Skills& Qualities
Projectmanagement ability to manage multiple projects to criticaltimelines
Experience working with a premiumproduct range
Track record in consumer facingprojects
Analytics proven experience in webanalytics and providing meaningfulinsights
Proven ability to deliver commercialresults
Technicalknowledge
Teamplayer
Excellentcommunicator
Internationalexperience
Knowledge of marketplaces ideal butnot essential
